WAGERING ACCOUNT APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
123bet.com shall have the right at any time and for any reason to refuse to provide the Service, including but not limited to opening a wagering account, accepting any wager, accepting a deposit, or closing a wagering account.
123bet.com wagering accounts will only be established in the name of an individual meeting the criteria set forth below and are non-transferable. 123bet.com will not accept any corporate, partnership, limited liability company, joint, trust, estate, beneficiary or custodial accounts. - Refrain from wagering if you relocate to another country, or a state where online account wagering is prohibited.

123bet.com also reserves the right to close any wagering account for any reason in its sole discretion. Upon closing a wagering account, all funds will be returned to the customer account holder via check mailed to the registered address on file with 123bet.com.
The address provided by the customer account holder to 123bet.com is deemed to be the proper address for the purposes of mailing checks, statements of account, wagering account withdrawals, notices, or other appropriate correspondence unless written notification is on file with 123bet.com. The wagering account is for the exclusive personal use of the named customer account holder only, and no person shall in any manner place any account wager on behalf of a customer account holder, or otherwise directly or indirectly act as an intermediary, transmitter or agent in the placing of wagers for a customer account holder. No other person may wager or otherwise access the wagering account. The account holder bears full responsibility for maintaining the secrecy of his/her account number, user ID, PIN and password. The customer account holder agrees to notify 123bet.com immediately of any unauthorized use of a password, customer wagering account, or a registration profile.
Only one wagering account per verified person will be allowed.
All customer account holders will adhere to the method or methods of identification that 123bet.com may require in order to access a wagering account.
Each wagering account will have a unique account number, which may be changed at any time by 123bet.com so long as 123bet.com informs the customer account holder in writing of such change.
The wagering account may be accessed by the use of a username or an account number and a password or PIN (depending on the method of access) to be used by the customer account holder to confirm the validity of every wagering account transaction.
The customer account holder will select a username, password and PIN upon opening the account. The account number is assigned by 123bet.com. The username and the password are used to access the 123bet.com service online. The account number and PIN are used to verify the customer account holder’s identity when using the mobile wagering service or discussing the customer account holder’s wagering account with a 123bet.com Customer Care representative.
In the event that the customer account holder is unable to recall a wagering account password, 123bet.com may use other identifying information to verify the identity of the customer account holder. 123bet.com or the customer account holder may change the password at any time without explanation by informing the other party of the change and the effective date of the change.
The customer account holder bears the responsibility for maintaining the secrecy of his or her wagering account number and password. Customer account holders will be responsible for all bets placed through their wagering account by any person providing the correct identifiers and using the wagering account.
Wagering accounts may not be opened or used in any way for purpose of the following:
- Evading any reporting requirement;
- Performing or hiding any criminal or illegal activity;
- Bribery/gratuity, check fraud, credit/debit card fraud, embezzlement/theft, unusual use of checks or wire transfers, or false or conflicting ID(s);
- Attempting to wager on an event you cannot or are not supposed to wager on (such as a wager by or on behalf of a participant in the event such as a jockey);
- Activity that does not represent legal gambling activity or does not have a valid business or lawful purpose; or
- Activity that otherwise appears to be suspicious or not within normal wagering activity.
SOCIAL COMMUNITY FAIR USAGE POLICY
123bet.com is built around an online social community module and each account holder is automatically created with a 'Profile page' in the community, and nicknames are displayed on contest leaderboards along with profile avatars. Other users may view your Profile page and it is possible for account holders to create a 'Friends' network by using the 'Add Friend' function on Profile pages.
123bet and 123racing also publish to Facebook, Twitter and You Tube profiles which are considered an extension of the 123bet social community.
It is possible to upload pictures, videos and avatars, change the nickname associated with your profile, and to post comments in the community. It is also possible to create private groups and to send private messages to other account holders.
Users may adjust their privacy settings under the profile section of the community to amend who can see and interact with their profile and community activity.
The community is available to account holders according to fair usage policy and management may restrict access to the community, or lock accounts, for account holders displaying anti-social behavior including but not limited to negative comments regarding the website or other users, or excessive use of forums or personal messaging.
Foul language, abuse or harassment in the community either on public forums or in private groups or messages are strictly forbidden and management reserve the right to restrict access to the community for account holders displaying such behavior, or to close their account altogether, without warning.
Advertising other websites, goods or services of any kind, or recruiting members for other businesses via public forums or private messages is strictly prohibited and management reserve the right to restrict access to the community for account holders carrying out any such activities, or to close their account altogether without warning.
ACCOUNT PROCEDURES: WAGERING, DEPOSITS, AND WITHDRAWALS
123bet.com allows you to wager with your wagering account online, or over/via your mobile device.
123bet.com has the right at any time and for what it, in its sole discretion, deems good and sufficient reason to refuse to accept all or part of any bet.

123bet.com commingles with host racetracks. In the event that there is a failure to merge pools with another track, the wager will be refunded.
Payment on winning bets will be posted to the credit of the customer account holder as soon as the race is declared official, barring technical difficulties. As a customer account holder, you are responsible for verifying proper credits and of notifying 123bet.com if you do identify a discrepancy between the statement record and your records. Wagering with the Mobile Wagering Service

Cancelling a Wager
Unless restricted by the host track, in MOST cases you can cancel a wager before post by calling 123bet.com Customer Care toll free at 1-877-782-9994. For over the phone, you will need your account number and password, the race #, track and the bet details that you want to cancel. If by phone each wager is reviewed by the CSR to ensure that the player is not trying to manipulate any pools.
If the cancel is online the player will need to be logged into their account and follow these procedures.
To cancel an online wager that meets the above criteria, please follow these steps:
- Select “My Account”.
- Select the wager you would like to cancel by clicking on that transaction record.
- If the wager is eligible for cancellation a “Cancel Wager” button will display. If the wager is ineligible, the button will not display.
- Select the “Cancel Wager” button.
- Select “Confirm” to confirm the cancellation request.
123bet.com offers several methods for funding your wagering account online, in person or by mail. 123bet.com does not charge a fee to process deposit transactions but some third-party banking or payment processing fees may apply, depending on the method of deposit you choose.
The minimum initial deposit required is $10. No minimum balance is required to maintain a wagering account; however 123bet.com reserves the right to close wagering accounts that have been inactive for six (6) or more months.

Important Information about Direct ACH: The Automated Clearing House (ACH) process allows electronic transfers of funds over the Internet.
A $1.00 per transaction fee will apply for each transaction in addition to any fees incurred through your banking institution. 123bet.com reserves the right to adjust the fee schedule without prior notice. You are responsible for any fees charged by your bank. Fees charged by your bank will not be displayed prior to confirmation of your ACH request.
ACH transfers can be an amount up to $9,999 at a time.
Customers may transfer $50 to clear into your wagering account immediately by default (the ‘Immediate Clear Amount’). Deposits of larger amounts will be held (in whole) for up to five (5) business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays).
The Immediate Clear Amount can be increased ON REQUEST at the sole discretion of the Company. Decisions regarding immediate clear limits are made on a case-by-case basis based on transaction history, and confirmation of binding financial responsibility for security of your account, and financial responsibility for all wagers placed thereon.
The minimum ACH deposit to be accepted is $10.
ACH deposit transactions returned for any reason will result in a $25 charge to your wagering account and may result in limits being placed on the amount of future ACH transfers.
Any fees charged by your financial institution for deposits that are returned unpaid are your responsibility and you agree to repay 123bet.com for such fee or charge upon demand.
123bet.com reserves the right to recover unpaid deposits and fees from your 123bet.com wagering account. 123bet.com may pursue all relief that may be available to it at law or in equity, and you agree to pay reasonable attorneys’ fees incurred by 123bet.com.
123bet.com reserves the right to lock your wagering account until your unpaid fees and charges are paid to 123bet.com.
You represent that the financial institution account you are using for ACH transfers is held in your name and that the funds being deposited are your own.
You take full responsibility for all ACH transfers made to your 123bet.com wagering account in accordance with your instructions.
Important Information about online credit card deposits: Credit card deposits can be made securely online.
- Please note you must be logged in to your 123bet.com account.
- Enter the amount you would like to deposit, and click “Enter Payment Details”. Please note there is a 4.5% fee for funding your account using this method. The total amount you will be charged will be displayed. Please also be aware that additional fees may apply from your credit card company per your agreement with them that we are not aware of.
- We currently accept credit and debit cards bearing the Visa or MasterCard logo.
- Enter your payment details, including your billing address, card number, expiration date, expiration date, and security code.

The purchase of a Green Dot MoneyPak is $4.95 which is paid in addition to the load amount at the time of purchase. 123bet.com does not charge or receive this fee.
The use of Green Dot MoneyPak is limited to 4 times with a total maximum dollar amount of $1,500 per 24 hours, 7 times with a dollar amount of $3,500 per rolling 7 days and 20 times with a maximum dollar amount of $5,000 per rolling 30 days.

Any funds in the wagering account will be mailed in the form of a check to the customer account holder upon receipt of the written request. 123bet.com reserves the right to suspend or close any wagering account at any time provided that, when the wagering account is closed, the funds on deposit are returned to the customer account holder, less applicable service charges.
123bet.com reserves the right to suspend wagering accounts that have remained inactive for a period of thirty days or longer. Prior to closing, notification will be sent informing the customer account holder that the wagering account is scheduled to be closed.
Upon closing of a wagering account, service charges will apply not to exceed one dollar ($1.00) per month for wagering accounts with balances of six dollars ($6.00) or less. Amounts on deposit exceeding six dollars ($6.00) will be returned in full to the customer account holder via check.
In the event that a customer account holder is deceased, funds in the customer account holder’s account shall be released to the decedent’s legal representative upon receipt of a copy of a valid death certificate and other documents as required.
Ownership of a 123bet.com wagering account may not be transferred from one individual to another.
By federal law, any wager which results in proceeds of $600.00 or more must be reported to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), if the amount of such proceeds is at least 300 times as large as the amount wagered. Any wager, which results in proceeds or more than $5,000.00, is subject to reporting and withholding, if the amount of such proceeds is at least 300 times as large as the amount wagered. Federal and State withholding percentages will automatically be deducted from your wagering account.
